How do I go about getting the patch to enable WAN alias to work for non-http traffic?

Hi Everyone.  I keep reading about a patch that is available for enabling WAN Alias to work.  Where and how do I go about getting this patch?  I am having problem getting any of my Business Application Rule working for WAN Aliased IP addresses.  I am on firware version SFOS 15.01.0 MR-1.1.

    I have the same problem previously, but after I have asked the ISP to clear the MAC Address cache on the ISP device (i.e. modem/ router), the problem is suddenly fixed.

    Besides, please also need to add NAT for those alias IP in order to make it works.
