export report

Greeting for the day!

Sorry for my too later intervention for asking one question about custom and specials web report:

how can i export this web report in only one file (xls, pdf, ....) if i have 50 pages in SOPHOS interface\report\custom and special web report?

How can i get all this pages in one files my range is already 200 items pre pages?

    Hi Alex, if I got this right, you need to export a custom web report but problem is the exported file has 50 pages, right?

    What you can do is change the time interval from the Calendar and select only the date range for which you actually need the reports. 

    Let me know if this works.

    How can i do to export a custom web report of one day in one files if this custom web report have many page (50 pages for example) and my range is already at 200 Eléments per page.?

    When I click export the sophos interface give me only one page of this report i want to take all page in one file

    Ah, finally got your query!

    Yes, you are right. You can have maximum 200 records under one file and if you have more than 200 records, you'll have to go to each page (which is pretty easy) and download them individually, irrespective of the format i.e. PDF, Excel, HTML etc.

    As of now, you can say this is a limitation with Sophos XG Firewall. Meanwhile, I'll pass on this requirement to our Product Management team.

    Is there any update on this? I have the same requirement but currently this is still not possible, even not on the v16 beta.

    there is one way in the Beta to get all the items in one excel document (enable selection of reports and number of records per report (ms excel)). I can then choose how many records are to be exported with a excel document. But what if i want to export it to a html or pdf document?

    Another thing is that in the current version a lot of information is cut off. Like a full url is only fully accessable by downloading it in an excel document but i cannot view the full url in either the online iview, pdf or html page. 

    Are these things still getting looked at?

    Any update on this? I need to be able to download a specific users' web browsing history for the last 30 days so I can filter it in excel and look for non-productive browsing outside of lunch hours. However like the original poster mentioned, I can only excel one page of results at a time (2400 pages).
