If I leave it this way my internet never goes above about ~9 meg, but is sometimes no faster than 2-3. If I hard set it to 100/Full to match my switchports (Cisco Catalyst 3560) sometimes I'll get my max bandwidth (20), other times it degrades all the way down to like 2-3. Anyone have this type of issue or know what might be causing it? I've tried an alternate NIC/port to no avail.
