Getting Wifi to prompt for local XG user authentication when going to web

I am having a difficult time in trying to get a wireless user based rule that will prompt for authentication when going out to WAN.  I have seen other Forms here on this matter but I cannot seem to get the results that have worked for other to work for me.  Wireless is a SOPHOS certified AP30 device.

Anyone feel like trying to get me to see what I am overlooking.

    Captive portal must be set to user redirection (on the attached picture, enable the first option). Also on Policy rule, you should create 2 policy rule:

    1. First one which allows authenticated users to surf on internet
    2. After this rule a drop rule (http, https) where you deny these services from Lan to WAN
