Synchronization with server failed even if I'm already inside the XG webgui

I go to licensing, and all are Unsubscribed.  

I went to myutm.sophos.com, I can't see my device there.  I don't think it allows to create a license and apply either in XG webgui?

  • Seeing no reply yet, I reinstalled the box, this time, activating, synchronizing everything, before configuring it.  After it says successful synchronization, I started to configure it via webgui.  It still shows as unsubscribed in the licensing page.  Synchronization still doesn't work.

    Any help?
