How to create a rule to Exchange Online use a specific gateway , unlike the network gateway?

I have a Office365 application tried to use this application but not solved , or not able to create the right rule.

The company has migrated the email to Exchange Online. This has increased the traffic because it synchronizes emails each time. I need a rule to all Exchange Online access follow the Link Gateway 2 ( 2 Wan backup) .

Here contains a list of URLs and IPs used by Office365 . But I'm having trouble creating a rule for them.

support.office.com/.../Office-365-URLs-and-IP-address-ranges-8548a211-3fe7-47cb-abb1-355ea5aa88a2

You should configure Primary Gateway inside Routing area of your Policy rule.

Anyway share the screenshot of your policy rule.

I think I could create the rule correctly , registering all ips in hosts and creating a group of hosts including them all. 

After I directed to all connection to these addresses , exit at gateway 2
