Firmware Loader displayed doesn't proceed

The installation on SW-SFOS_15.01.0_MR-1.1-407.iso seemed to go fine.  I rebooted my Dell Latitude E6510 will onboard NIC and StarTech Expresscard Gigabyte NIC.  The firmware loader screen comes up.  It displays "Firmware loader press enter to display list of images.  I press enter and it has No. Name, 0 SFLoader 1. * 15_01_0407 Select 0,1,2:  I press any number on my keyboard or external usb keyboard and nothing is entered.  Enter works just fine and just repeats the selection options.

Any ideas?  Thank you in advance.

    I have exactly the same problem, Justin.  I'm using the SW-SFOS_16.01.1-202.iso image.

    Install when fine and not it is sitting at the "FIRMWARE LOADER (press <enter> to display a list of images)

    I press <enter> and then see this:

    List of available option

    NO.  NAME

    0   SFLoader

    1 * 16_01_1202

    Select(0,1,2):

    I press 1 and no luck.  Nothing show up on the screen.  The <enter> key works so I don't understand what is going on.
