Unable to access Internet

I have followed the initial setup wizard and setup my XG 105. Port 1 is the LAN port and Port 2 is set for WAN (DHCP). My LAN I have set with a static IP address, but when I connect a Windows 2012 Server with a Static IP address pointing the Gateway to the XG 105 LAN IP it will not see the Internet. I have run a lookup test on the XG and it sees the Internet, but it appears like the XG isn't passing the Internet through to the server.

I have the Server setup like I have done several before with no problems, but this is my first time using a XG. I have used Sonicwalls in the past.

  • I just performed factory reset on it and then went thru the wizard. In the 'Default Network Policy' section, i did not select anything. And when it was done applying the changes, I went into Firewall section and added rule for LAN to WAN with any service and unchecked 'Match known users' option as well and enabled 'Log Firewall Traffic' and that is all I have done. Supposedly this is all i should have to do but my AP still shows 'No Internet Connection'. I can get to my ESX host just fine via the LAN and obviously I can get to Sophos via LAN as well. And on my Wireless router, I have it set to Access Point. What am I missing?

Thank you for your help sir!
