Unable to install Sophos Home on Machine

Question

I am trying to install Sophos Home UTM on my machine, but I keep getting an error when I do. It says "No appliance hardware has been detected. Please check your hardware and/or contact the Sophos Support Team." I have tried several different hard drives along with trying to install on a virtual machine and always the same message. Any suggestions?

Hi, 
 you appear to have downloaded the hardware version not the software version. 
 The hardware version is for SG or XG hardware which has a lot of Sophos security stuff. 
 Please try downloading and installing the software version.
