  • Hi Harikrish,

    Greetings.

What are the logs generated for Email Protection, you can check this by navigating through

    • System
    • Diagnostics
    • Log Viewer
    • View Logs for
    • Email

Configure filter for the incoming test mail and see what "Message" and "Action" is captured.

Inbound Emails from specific Email Addresses may be blocked by Sophos Firewall (SF) if:

    1.  The Email is detected as spam by SF’s Anti-spam Engine.
    2. The source IP Address is present in a Real-time Black List and classified as Spam.
    3. SMTP Oversize Mail Action is set to Reject or Drop and Email exceeds the set limit.

If you trust the source of the Email, you can White List it in SF.

Please refer the link to verify the configuration on XG for Email hosting.

    Hope that helps:)
