WebFTPProxy and WebProxy stopped at two different customer sites. Cannot get them to restart. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot and or fix this problem?

The title says it all. I have both the WebFTPProxy and WebProxy stopped at two different customer sites. Cannot get them to restart. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot and or fix this problem? Called support its been over a week with no repair. Had to turn off all interception to get the client working again. 

Both firewalls are running (SFOS 15.01.0)
