Sophos Authentication for Thin Client (XG Firewall) Availability

Can you please show me the error while you download SATC client from web admin console ?

There is no error. When clicking the hyperlink in System > Authentication > Authentication Clients for
Sophos Authentication For Thin Client (SATC), it results in nothing more than a blank page with no download. The resulting URL is "sophosxg.xxxxxxxx.com:4444/.../Controller

I got the same result in the Engineer Training virtual environment for the XG.

At System > Administration > Updates click on "Update Pattern Now" button and once update get finished try to download SATC client from same location

Same result. Update to pattern is set to 2-hour interval. Manual update changes nothing. Sophos is stating that the SATC will not be available until MR2. They don't know when MR2 will be released. So far, the XG firewall is not impressive, and we will be sticking with the SG units. SATC was the only reason we considered the XG over the SG units that we've been selling.

Unfortunately we found this issue as BUG in the current version of SFOS. If you have valid XG licenses then raise a ticket in Sophos support to patch your device

They're stating that SATC will be in the MR1 software update being released on 2-25-2016. We'll give it a try after the update.
