XG not able to handle intermittent network

Over the last week or so my adsl services have been failing, the local phone company broke them while fixing another customers service.

The adsl service connected to the XG does not always synch and the XG locked up eg unable to connect ot the admin interface.

This morning I had to remove the power to cycle the unit. Connection speed 830kb/s/390kb/s.

Hopefull this failing adsl service will be fixed on Wednesday.

    at least the XG connects, the utm on a vm does not connect. I will be rebuilding the XG onto a more powerful system shortly to see if that improves configuration chane performance.

    I had a client report XG firewall locking up over the past couple of weeks after intermittent drops in internet signal.  I have observed a similar issue on XG in my home office.  Both of these are running latest version of firmware, although issues have been occurring over last two versions of firmware.  Rather troublesome to say the least.  Client complaining about this new firewall we recommended.
