When I turn on HTTP Scanning most all web pages stop loading, used online scan tools to scan the urls and they do not have any malware.

I have the same issue.

With malware scanning enabled I'm not able to install Office 365 as abo or to upgrade to Office 2016.
My Windows Phone is also not able to upgrade from Windows 8 to Windows 10.

Also a few websites are not loading, only a blank screen.

Nothing is logged.

I am also experiencing this.  when I turn on Decrypt & Scan HTTPS and attempt to access google.com I get an error message.  I have tried other https sites as well with no luck. 

sites using http open normally, so it appears to only be an issue with the https scanning.

Hi ZaneDonaldson,

This message is normal, because you to import your Sophos certificate into your client computer to trust your firewall.

Your firewall is replacing during scanning the original certified certificate.

This is causing the error message.

If you are getting a certificate error after configuring HTTPS Decrypt and Scan option in Firewall Rule, this is because of the HSTS.

Please refer the links to import Sophos CA which will resolve your requirement.

I have turned off all malware scanning outbound but I'm still getting the message when I open outlook:

I request you to provide me a tracert output to the website which stops loading.

Can you provide me what error message do you receive while accessing the web page ?
