Server error 502 An invalid response was received while attempting to load http://xxx. The server may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

i am facing this issue with normal HTTP site . see the attched pic . without sophos the site work fine . when i try to loging to the site using sophos i got this issue .

i didnot use any web filters . one FW rule allow any to any every no IPS . no AV scanning .

Hi lferrara

here is the logs filtered only for that URL
please note when i filter all trarrfic with deny i didnot find any record becuase i didnot have any rule that deny any URLs

anyway here is the web filter logs
