Active Sync Problems

Hello Guys, i want to configure Active Sync for an costumer. With the testconnectivity.microsoft.com i get the Following failure message:

An HTTP 403 forbidden response was received. The response appears to have come from Unknown. Body of the response: <html><head><title>Request blocked</title><meta name="robots" content="noindex"></head><body><h1>Request blocked</h1><p>The web application firewall has blocked access to <i>/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync/</i> for the following reason:</p><pre><b>No signature found</b></pre><hr></body></html>

Where can i turn off the Signature Check or configure a signature? Thanks for ure help!

Hi,

it's just guessing because there is not enough information. What have you configured? What does the reverseproxy.log contain when the blocking happens?

If you have used the template 'Exchange General' you should adapt your exception for Static URL Hardening:
Replace the path '/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync?*' with '/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync*'.
This might be already enough.

Hi,

Same Issue with a Sophos XG 115 last firmware v16.

Replaced the path '/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync?*' with '/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync*' in the exception for static URL Hardening not fixed the issue for me.

OWA access = ok

I have opened a ticket in sophos support.
