Sunday to Thursday = Start Time = 5.00 P.M to 8.A.M
Friday and Saturday = Whole day

Hi There!
I see your issue you want it to start at 5pm and finish at 8am the next day. The below screenshot outlines how you'd do this. You essentially need two lines for each time period, one to cover from 17:00 to 23:59 then one from 00:00 to 8:00. Let me know if you need any more information.
