Web filter

can't block Youtube, if i mark this "Apply Web Category based Traffic Shaping Policy" all https websites getting block, i am trying to achieve via web filter(video hosting). any help would be appreciated.

    Do you want to "block" or "limit bandwidth usage" of YouTube ? You can block YouTube by creating a custom Web Filter policy and applying it to specific network/user policies. There's web category called Video Hosting or Video Streaming AFAIR. You can also block "YouTube App" in Application Control.

    BTW: If all HTTPS sites are being blocked this is because you have enabled "HTTPS scan" and haven't installed custom Root CA scanning certificate.
