Factory reset of AP55C

Why is there no way of factory resetting an AP55C? This is what I was told by support. There used to be the reflashing tool. Seems a bit silly that the only process is to organise an RMA and get a new unit.

Is this correct?

  • I noticed as well a very poor indicated WLAN Performance on my Home XG Firewall combined with an AP55.
    This AP does not seem to be the problem, because if I connect him to my XG 135, he reaches adequate troughputs.

    Maybe, there is a difference between Home and Commercial Version. I'm still investigating.
