WAF: Virus found - daemon error

Suddenly Anti-Virus services of the WAF does not working.

Virus found

The web application firewall has found the following virus while downloading (directory):

daemon error 

The transfer has been aborted.

Already rebooted. but not works.

    Hi,

     

    this error occures randomly for WAF Policys by our customers. SFOS Version is 16.05.5-MR5. When we switch to monitoring mode for the protection policy all is working. Also when we switch to AVIRA singlescan engine.

    What is here the problem of the sophos AV Engine?

     

    Ironicly the sophos AV scanner kills the WAFs on an sophos Firewall product. 

    This problem should be fixable for sophos, or what is here the matter?
