It is different product, but the upgrade path was promised to be available in the next firmware versions of both UTM (9.4) and XG (v2) somewhere in the middle of this year. 
For a license upgrade, you should contact your reseller.

Adding to Vilic's answer - if you have upgraded from a UTM120 to a SG210 then you can use the resulting SG210 license file during the upgrade from 9.4 to 15.X to exchange it for an equivalent XG license.
