Error when registering device from Partner Portal

Question

While I was trying to register NFR SW/Virtual Appliance from partner portal site I received this error. 
 Ticket is already submitted, just wanted to check if there is any other Sophos partner who finished the registration procedure for a XG firewall succesfully.

Thanks Vilic. Ticket number is fine! The reason you are getting this error is because your registered device is 2 Cores 4GB and the license key is for 4 Cores 6GB - when the model doesn't match you will get this error. Looks like there was a little confusion when your NFR order was raised which we will sort out - someone should be in touch with you shortly.
