Bug in zone/network deletion

As part of an experiment in trying to move my home network to the XG, I created two vlans so I could jusrt swing a cable between the UTM and the XG.

The experiment didn't work, no traffic through the vlans.

So, I tried to delete the vlans. One was very easy, the other one was very painful. What is left is a network interface/zone, the basic interface you have to create so you can create vlans over the top that I can't delete. I can't find where it is used to change that configuration.

    Really strange, Ian.
    I was able to create 2 additional zone and their respective VLAN without issue. VLAN layer 3 on the same nic used for internal LAN (my box has only 2 NICs).
    Anyway I was not able, while I was creating the VLAN, to add it to other zone than LAN. So I have to create the Vlan and assign to LAN then move to desired zone.
    Sophos confirmed it is a bug.

    Can you explain what are you trying to achieve? Maybe IP, VLAN id and some screenshot.

    Hi Luk,
    All that is left of the vlans is what I am trying to delete and that is the physical LAN. I created a new zone before creating the vlans and did not have a issue with assigning them during creation.
    While I have deleted the vlans from the interface tab, the configuration is still hiding in the XG as per another thread I started on the subject.
    There aren't any photos to take or screen shots, I removed the additional dual nic from the box.

    I suppose I can always put it back and see what happens.

    I was wrong the deleted vlans have returned even though the interface card has been removed. I suspect I have to delete them through CLI, which I will try later today.
    This little discovery makes one of my other threads incorrect and should be deleted.
