XG POP3 Scan

Hello,  Im playing with XG on a old PC in preparation of receiving a new xg125 device.  I have the device configured as a gateway.  I can apply rules to block various things from my LAN with out issue.  I can not however get the device to scan incoming (POP3) email.  I have a policy setup using the pop email business rule.  It is set for zone Any network Any Destination Any and network Any.  I then have the ticks set for IMAP, POP3 and SMTP set to on.  I have rewrite set to on and MASQ selected.  I also have loging on.

I do not see any thing in any of the email counters.  The scanner also does not stop eicar from getting delivered to me.

Any help with this would be awesome.
