Error Installing Firmware

I have a PC that I've been running UTM 9 on for a couple of years. The hard drive crashed so I decided I would give XG a run. The install gets to 80% and then says "ERROR: Unable to install firmware". Is there any way to determine what is causing it to fail?

    first of all there is no need to yell,

    please revise your post.

    You need to provide more details if you would like some support, your post is very cryptic.

    What is your hardware, CPU. disk capacity, number of NICs, type of NICs how much memory when was the BIOS upgraded?
