Plex Media Access

I have a plex media server and cannot access the content outside of my home network.  I have created a security policy in XG Firewall to port forward port 32400, but the connection still fails.  Does anyone have any ideas?  Thanks in advance for the help.

    I manually specify a port in the remote access settings within Plex. I'm not comfortable with Plex using the same port (32400) because I know that people scan that port looking for Plex servers.

    Within Sophos, I use a business rule to map my manual external port to 32400 and it works a treat.
