does your bios allow for this feature? Secondly if you have IPS enabled you will want to raise the minimum cycle level so you get reasonable throughput.

Yup, Bios has it. And I used to use pfSense, and it can scale the speed of the CPU depending on demand

I am using IPS, How do i raise the minimum cycle level and what is the best setting? I seem to be running fine so I don't know if I need to change anything.

There is another thread here which may have the same root cause. A guy said he has problems with custom machine going to sleep which leads to a suspicion that SFOS is not correctly handling ACPI events. I guess this is why CPU stays at one speed. I have checked mine and it clocks 2Ghz which is max for my CPU: Celeron J1900.

In other words, we will have to wait until they add CPU scaling.
