wan load balance weight

Does anyone has figured out how the weight of wan load balancing works?

I have 3 WAN lines and I want to equally share traffic among them. Shall I put the same weight on the 3 WAN, or I have to enter 33 wight to each one? (33% of the traffic)

  • Hi Konstantinos, the weight is not done on percentages like it was in UTM 9, it is done on lowest value is priority. If you give all 3 links the same value, i.e. 1, then they should be round robin shared. There were some issues found that may lead to bug reports wherein the load balancing would not occur or it will still favour one link however.

    Hope that helps!
