Windows Insider Builds Download Trouble

Hi,

I am having trouble with Windows downloading new Insider builds when the device is behind XG, The only way I can download the new builds is to disable HTTP and HTTPS scanning and disable the web filter. When I go into the logs XG does not show anything blocked. What do I have to do to fix this so I don't have to bypass all the strong points of XG?

    Hi Ray,

    Greetings.

    How about you create a FQDN based Firewall Rule in XG, without any scanning and filter applied inside it.

    The URL(s) to be defined in FQDN group will be:

    To create a FQDN Rule, select FQDN(host, group) in the "destination zone networks" while configuring a LAN to WAN Firewall Rule. PFA screenshot.

    Doesn't matter what I do...Every single Windows 10 Machine Stays downloading the SAME updates for HOURS until I unplug their connection and disable windows updates...The below screen is of one single machine running full bandwidth for 13 hours...I have disabled all 15 Windows 10 machines from downloading updates. If I turn one of them back on, it will just download "don't know where" for hours upon hours for a 200MB file...I really loved UTM 9 and I'm most likely going back to it...Sophos XG is truly a POS and I was warned by many...I figured all the "bugs" would be out by time I went to production...I was wrong

    I'm about to rip this Sophos XG125 out of the wall and put back in my Cisco RV

    UPDATE...Plugged in my Cisco RV and the issue went away...So it's 100% Sophos XG issue
