I have Heartbeat register to my Sophos Cloud account. But none of my clients are showing up in the Firewall. Can't seem to figure out why. Any help would be appreciated.
- On Cloud console: Firewall is registered on the cloud and showing active under "Network"
- On the XG: System > System Services > Security Heartbeat is turned on, there is a green checkbox next to "Account:" and your company/org name is listed there.
- Licenses are advanced (like Jan said)
- Cloud endpoint software has been installed on the workstation
- On Cloud console: Devices are showing as active under Users & Devices -> Devices in the cloud console
- You've rebooted your computer after installing sophos cloud? (sounds silly - but I couldn't get the heartbeat to pickup until I rebooted the machine on which the software was just installed)
I've been testing out the Sophos Cloud. it appears only Windows (Non-Server) clients register. I have a Windows Server and OS X machines that do not show up. But my Windows 7 clients shows up instantly once connected to the network.
