Webfilter Problem

Hallo seit 3 Tagen haben wir das Problem, dass der Webfilter scheinbar keinen Zugriff mehr bekommt,  der Webfilter funktionierte bisher einwandfrei, erst seit 3 Tagen nicht mehr das Live-Protokoll zeigt mir folgende Nachricht:

Nach stöbern im Internet hab ich rausgelesen dass es wohl an dem Updatestand liegt, habe ihn nun manuell auf Version  9.312-6 upgedatet. In der 9.312 sollte es laut Forum gefixed worden sein. Leider hab ich das Problem weiterhin. 
Jemand Vorschläge an was es noch liegen könnte?
