Itunes verlangt nach Proxy Authentifizierung

Hallo Leute,

Wir verwenden eine Astaro UTM 220 mit der Firmware 9.306-6.
Über den Astaro Web Proxy verlangt Itunes nach einer Authentifizierung.
Es ist eine Ausnahme mit apple, akamaiedge, akadns, mzstatic für http https und Subdomains vorhanden.
Dabei sind so ziemlich alle Checks deaktiviert bis auf Antivirus.

zur Verteilung des Proxy wird eine Wpad-Datei genutzt.
Alle anderen Ausnahmen funktionieren ohne Probleme.

Ich hoffe ihr habt noch eine Idee ich bin ziemlich ratlos.
