IPSEC und Fritzbox Timeouts

Hallo,
ich hab eine UTM 220 mit 2 externen Company Connectleitunge à 2 Mbit (mehr geht da nicht). Jetzt habe ich folgendes Problem ich habe meine externen Standorte via Fritzbox angebunden. Das funktioniert auch soweit ganz gut. Nur wenn übder die Internetleitung eine hoher Datentransfer entsteht, dann erhöhen sich meine Pingzeiten auf die Server und Clients an den externen Standorten.Ab und zu kommt es sogar dazu das RDP Sitzungen abgebrochen werden. Ich habe auch schon versucht mit den QoS Regeln und  Multipahtregeln vie Uplink ausgleich etwas zu erreichen leider nicht mit dem gewünschten Erfolg. 
Gibt es evtl. noch weitere Möglichkeiten um die IPSEC Verbindungen zu Priorisieren

    First, check the Intrusion Prevention log to see if the higher throughput isn't causing some Anti-DoS activity for which you can create an Exception.  Anything?  If not, is DPD selected in the Fritzbox and the UTM?
