[ACA Prüfung] PPPoA/E Interfaces über virt. Hardware

Hallo,

ich habe grade die ACA-Prüfung durchgeführt und auch bestanden. Allerdings wurde folgende Frage gestellt, mit der ich ein Problem habe:

Ist es moeglich, PPPoA oder PPPoE Interfaces ueber eine virtuelle Hardware zu betreiben?

1. Ja, obwohl es sinnlos waere. 
2. Nein
3. Nur PPPoE
4. Nur PPPoA

Ich habe Antwort Nr. 3 angekreuzt, da ich ein PPPoE-Interface doch auch über eine virtuelle Ethernet NIC benutzen kann. Zum Beispiel wenn ich meine Astaro virtualisiert über VMWare betreibe. Ich habe ein solches Scenario auch in Betrieb.

Nun ist Antwort Nr. 3 aber falsch und Antwort Nr. 2 ist richtig.

Kann mir das jemand erläutern?
