can't login Sophos XG Firewall Home Edition from webbase,What is the default password on terminal desktop

Hello everyone.

Asidscript here from Asid's Tech Tips (youtube)
Where alot of people are getting stuck (due to not great documentation "Sophos") is with the U=Admin P=Admin web interface screen.
Here is how it works....
CD In to machine, install XG, do what you need to untill you get to the screen
Sophos Firewall

Accept EULA
BLA BLA BLA
Password_
I am going to call the Black "linux installation screen = FW Screen and the web UI =WEBGUI" to eliminate confusion.

On the FW Screen enter the password admin ( and then go to the webgui, not the other away )
THEN on the web ui the U=admin P=admin works.
(WHY???)
Because when you enter admin on the FW screen it activates the default login on the web ui and not before. so only after that is done can you access the web ui.

This still doesn't get me in. I installed the XG Home Firewall to my machine. Accepted EULA. Activated from the machine itself (using the listed "AA" options, not from web admin). Set static IP to one on my network (again, not from web admin but rather from the machine itself. changed from it's default 172... address, to one in my scheme). CAN access the login page but no matter what I try, I cannot login from web user interface. admin / admin doesn't work. I tried changing the User Admin password from the Menu, that won't allow me in either. I have tried browsers on my Mac: Safari, Chrome, Firefox. And on my PC: IE, Chrome, Firefox. No dice. Nothing. I set to factory defaults twice. I've completely wiped it and re-installed from scratch. Nothing. What am I missing?

No matter what you HAVE to end with the port :4444

AAAaaahhh that was so much headache but the sweet victory is mine.
