SOPHOS XG Firewall - Issue with VPN Clientless Access

Hello,

I have an issue with VPN Clientless Access on XG Firewall SFOS 15.01.0.

I try to add a bookmark for an RDP connection to a PC (Windows 10) but if i try to open the bookmark on User Center Portal, i get this message : {"result":{"error":"Session unauthorized"}}

Do you have an idea to solve my issue?

I have tried this option :

- Create permissive firewall rule

- Change settings for RDP on Windows (uncheck secure connection with NLA)

- Check logs on sophos (but i don't find logs for Clientless Access)

I have the same issue. I was able to connect once and when I was done I disconnected the session from the menu at the top of the page. Now when I try to connect again I receive {"result":{"error":"Session unauthorized"}}.

I clicked logout in the user portal, then logged back in, then I was able to establish a clientless RDP session again.

For all,

update to latest release:

16.05. You are using a "old" version.

If the upgrade does not help, open a ticket with the support.

I have of course the latest version, but RDP over user portal (client less) is only working when i am in my lan network, otherwise i get session unauthorized message.
