IBM Aspera and Sophos XG550

Has anyone had issues with IBM Aspera connection through a Sophos firewall? I've created rules and done their (Sophos/Aspera) fix for not being able to connect but it didn't fix the issue. I can get the application to work but only if I bypass the firewall via our Guest Wi-Fi (this is a straight to internet connection)
