massive probable spam detection

Is the detection specific to a particular sender's email address?

I would recommend creating a case for Sophos Support if this is the case. Also, prepare a sample email in .eml for Sophos Labs so it may be further checked.

Hi Erick,

the detection is completely unspecific. All of the probable spam deteced mails were in the past no spam. Receipients of this mails had already been in contact with the sender a few days before.

Roughly every fifth email ends up in probable spam..
