We have been using a XGS3100 in production since March 2023 and ever since then we have been having some issues.
I have tried both SFOS 19.0.2 MR-2-Build472 & SFOS 19.5.1 MR-1-Build278 firmwares but the issue persists in both versions.
What happens is that after a while when the XGS3100 is running, (couple days) no one is able to authenticate via SSL-VPN and when I go to the Admin portal, I'm greeted with the "Internal Server Error" Message.
When I power cycle the router, everything run normally again until this issue re-appears in the next couple of days (between 2-5ish days)
When this issue occurs, I also tried to login via the COM port and it doesn't accept the admin password. Once I power cycle the unit, then the same password is accepted.
We do use AD Integration with the firewall but unsure if this is related or not.
Is this a bug in the firewall?
