I have a Sophos model and version XG230 (SFOS 18.5.3 MR-3-Build408)

I can't identify the menu that Vivek tells me "authentication > User > radius User > SSL VPN Policy".

Maybe it is because of a different model? or in this model it is a different menu?

I would request you to upgrade the firmware as (SFOS 18.5.3 MR-3-Build408) is declared the EoL - 07-DEC-2022. Please refer the retirement calendar here.

The screenshot you shared is on user portal, the option I informed you to navigate will be available on web-admin.

the screenshot I have attached at the beginning is from the user portal because I wanted to show the difference between the portals of a local user and the user of a radius server.
However, when I was referring to not identifying the menu "authentication > User > radius User > SSL VPN Policy" I checked it in the web-admin of the firewall.

The difference in the screenshot was that the local user had the SSL VPN Policy applied and the radius user the SSL VPN policy was not applied, so can you share a screenshot of the radius user path > authentication > User > radius User > SSL VPN Policy where you applied the SSL VPN Policy ?
