Download SSL VPN client for users on radius server.

Hi all:

I have a problem connecting the SSL VPN client.
The users are on a radius server, when I access the user portal with the username and password created on the radius server is validated correctly but I do not have the option to download the VPN client, these are the options I see:

However when I use a local user I don't have any problems:

Does anyone have a solution?

    The user (or his group) must be allowed to use SSL-VPN.

    for testing: Try to add the user directly to SSL-VPN-Profile.
