linux mint 21: Connected to VPN but not routing

To verify your issue. You’re connected to the VPN and are encountering the following problems.

• Can't access any resources after connecting to VPN
  • Kindly check if there’s an FW rule created to allow your IP to the resources
  • Verify you’re allowed in the permitted network resources
  • Verify the dropped packet
  • To troubleshoot, kindly create an FW rule allowing any(destination) to VPN - LAN FW Rule ( once created, test all encountered issues)

 You may inquire the following to your System Administrator to recheck your setup as you’re able to connect to the network

Thanks for the response.

Note:

• I am able to login into the network using the same credential via a windows machine. So I do not think there is an server access/ server rule issue here.
• Can you guide me on what local commands need to be run to check for rules and to troubleshoot the issue.

For a successful connection to VPN, this would be on the Firewall Side( SSL VPN configuration) 

Also, upon redirecting to the VPN login page, have you accessed it/logged onto it successfully? And still, encounter the issue?

I would advise you to first contact your System Administrator to verify your access rights upon your SSL VPN configuration that was sent.
