Rules to allow access remotely with ANYDESK (lan to wan)

Hi all ,

i need to allow anydesk for some administrators  (lan to wan)

i make this config below but it doesn't work !

Where's the problem?

Source zones=LAN

Source networks and devices=any

During scheduled time=all the time

Destination zones=WAN

Destination networks=Any

Services= http, https

Match known users > User or groups > " group of users"

Web policy= None

Identify and control applications (App control)= "Anydesk_remoteaccess"   <------ Anydesk application

Detect and prevent exploits (IPS)= lan To wan

    What is "Anydesk_remoteaccess" app policy detail? If you blocked every other app except anydesk, it wont work because some apps like http or ssl would be blocked that will cause anydesk not to work. As anydesk uses https/https traffic, I would use web policy instead. create a custom web category for anydesk.com and anydesk.net and block every web access except this category. I have whitelisted anydesk using this method in the past.
