Seeking General Feedback Regarding Product/Support Quality

Hi All,

I was a very early customer of the Sophos XG firewall series.  I would say that on the surface, the product had everything I needed, nice dashboard, etc.  But when the rubber hit the road, the product was extremely buggy, updates to fix acknowledged bugs was very, very slow, support was overwhelmed, etc.  

I am seeking feedback from current customers specifically regarding firewalls but also general feedback on support, updates, bugs, whatever.  If you were in the market for a firewall, would Sophos remain on your shortlist?  Why or Why not?

I will say this:  my previous reseller was on the advisory board for the XG products and was on my side regarding the multiple of issues previously. The devices became so unusable and we had so much downtime that I was forced to replace them.  I'm only exploring Sophos products again because the potential for a great mid-sized security solution was there if reliability wasn't such an issue.
