How to Prioritize VOIP Traffic on XGS?

Hi, 
 We are using a Sophos XGS 2100 for our office with a single WAN connection. I've been searching for a solution on how to prioritize VOIP traffic because we are getting some quality issues from time to time, but have less than 4 concurrent calls going on at once. I've read about Traffic Shaping and SDWAN, but those all appear to be for multiple WAN connections. 
 How can we help make sure our VOIP traffic is the highest priority for our WAN connection?

Hi kentiler , 
 You can create a Source/destination-based Firewall rule voip server if the servers depend on the location of the server. 
 Article to create a firewall rule: https://docs.sophos.com/nsg/sophos-firewall/19.5/Help/en-us/webhelp/onlinehelp/AdministratorHelp/RulesAndPolicies/FirewallRules/FirewallRuleAdd/index.html 
 Then you can create a traffic-shaping policy and apply it to the firewall rule created above. Put this rule on top.

 You may create a separate Firewall rule for VOIP traffic and apply QoS policy as required on that rule.
