URL blocking not working

Hello,

I have been trying to block some websites lately by adding them to a blocked policy, however, this is not working.  Even adding the URL to the "blocked URL for default policy" is not working.  Not sure where to start with troubleshooting if someone could give me some pointers please?

    Hi,

    the policy has to be in every firewall rule that provides web prowsing. Also policies do not work with SSL/TLS and you need to have web, application and IPS active in rules that are providing http/s access to the internet. Adding items to the default policy only works if you are using that policy in a firewall rule.

    You might also need to install the XG CA on your PCs etc.
