XG Firewall blocking Outlook emails

Good Morning, 

We have XG136, SFOS 19.5.1 MR-1-Build278, and we noticed it blocks all of are sending and receiving emails in Outlook Application. what should i do?

    Hi,

    the email policies will not be applied because you are not scanning email in your firewall rule. Please check the log viewer for this rule to ensure that the traffic is actually hitting this rule.
