We provide IT-support for one of our customers in Nigeria.
I can manage the firewall via VPN connection from Belgium.
Is it a good idea to upgrade the firmware from the webbrowser in Belgium, or do I need someone onsite? (I could use a local pc with Teamviewer)
I know this is possbile with other firewalls, but this is our first Sophos firewall and because of the remote location and questionable internet, I would like to be sure that I'm not cutting myself out.
