Sophos firewall GUI not accessing

Hi BilalAmjad ,  can you share the tcpdump output and logs as mentioned in the KBA above...

check the logs and output detail

If the issue persists, please open a case with Support and share the Case ID with us.

If you have gone trough the KB, probably an issue with the database or HDD.
