Sophos DSL Module at XGS 2100

Hi there,

I have one question related on the DSL Module, we configured everything like it should be - the connection works fine.

But we have a small issue, that it shows the interface under Control Panel / System always as down.

I remember something, that it is possible to configure an "ping" option, so if this is successfull then the interface turns green "online". I searching this feature already, but I don't find it more... Can someone tell me, where is this option? Thanks!

Best Regards
Dennis

  • Hi   If your query is with reference gateway down part on control central, then the gateway is going to check connectivity on the defined "Failover rules" IP and condition inside gateway settings.

Navigate to Configure > Network > WAN Link Manager > Choose WAN Port2 WAN Link > Failover rules > Here you may define the IP on which you want XG to probe to confirm this gateway connectivity status.
